Bennis aka Benny Lindner

Bennis is Benny Lindner, an Adelaide DJ who has built a career on the crossover between hip hop and club music. He has held a residency at District Nightclub, formerly Kandy Shop, and has worked as tour DJ for a run of international hip hop names, including full Australian tours with Madchild and with Necro and Mr Hyde, plus Obie Trice's tour and after parties and dates with Swifty McVay. Those runs have taken him through nightclubs across most of Australia, and he has also shared bills with electronic acts including Bombs Away and Havana Brown. The studio work sits on the other side of that line. His edits and mashups pull rap vocals over tech house and techno, and one of them, a 2023 rework of Missy Elliott and Aaliyah's Get It Girl, picked up support from Diplo on SiriusXM. Other releases include a techno edit and his Dare mash, which he put out as a free download.
